General Shipping Information

We normally ship orders within 5 working days of when the orders are initially received. If an item is out of stock it might take up to 2 weeks before your order is shipped.

What happens if the UPS tracking or USPS Delivery Confirmation page indicates status as delivered and you have not received your package?

We are not responsible for whatever may have happened to the package after it was delivered.

If UPS or USPS leaves the package on your doorstep, a porch, or if it is signed for by a neighbor,etc. then it is your responsibility. We suggest sending packages to your place of work if you are not around during the day to accept packages. Please think carefully about where you have your packages delivered.
